For several centuries, the Romero family has cultivated the lands of the Montes Orientales region in Granada. The unique climatic, orographic and soil conditions of this region make it perfect for olive cultivation. Our oil is subject to a strict quality control as all the olives used in its production come from our own olive groves.

The olive oils we produce are the result of a pressing process involving different varieties of olives, mainly Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina although mention should also be made of the subtle contribution of minority varieties like Lucio or Loaimez.
